to easy2begreen, a website created by Saint Bede’s High School in Lytham Lancashire. Saint Bede’s was a finalist in the £1 Million Big Green Challenge competition supported by NESTA, the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts.

The site is a resource for secondary schools and secondary-age young people who aim to live in a more sustainable way. It has been established to help engage the whole school community in becoming a sustainable school. There is practical advice on all aspects of climate change and energy saving as well as ideas for developing the school site with an on-line virtual tour of a sustainable school. At the heart of the website is the CO₂ Challenge a unique competition to encourage energy saving at home and at school.
